- Strength and muscle; Develop real world strength and build lean toned functional muscle
- Speed and metabolic conditioning; An intense workout to build muscle and burn fat, working the “higher” energy systems
- Movement and conditioning; “Health is wealth, movement is medicine.” First learn to move well, then move often. Enhance your range of movement, improve your motor control and develop quality true functional movement whilst improving both your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
