Our adult one hour Evolve sessions are comprised of:
  • Strength and muscle; Develop real world strength and build lean toned functional muscle
  • Speed and metabolic conditioning; An intense workout to build muscle and burn fat, working the “higher” energy systems
  • Movement and conditioning; “Health is wealth, movement is medicine.” First learn to move well, then move often. Enhance your range of movement, improve your motor control and develop quality true functional movement whilst improving both your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
Although there is much “overlap” between these areas, your chosen sessions will depend on your individual goals and membership option. These Evolve sessions are rotated over six days and change every phase (ie. four weeks), so be sure to try us out to get an understanding of how these phases and sessions are constructed.
